I love my cat and was concerned about moving him safely up to a cattery in Norfolk. I contacted Hayley and Neil as a local company regarding this and they were great right from the start. They are extremely professional and lovely people. They were able to assure me that they would take the best care of my cat, They brought their vehicle around for me to see in advance and spent some time getting to know us and our cat Tore. They drove him up on a Sunday to reduce driving time and therefore time in the carry basket for my cat. They looked after his needs and he arrived at the cattery in a relaxed state. The cattery owner was also very impressed with their service. Their fee was very acceptable for the service they provide and I would recommend them to anyone who cares about their pet and needs help.
